Our neighbors are both old and we are unable to help them all the time with their garden, they got some tall weeds popping up and it's getting tricky to manage. a simple solution or some help keeping things under control. Any tips would be awesome. thanks!

I had a similar situation at my aunt's place, there were tall weeds all over and hardly anyone to lend a hand. So, I picked up an inexpensive stand-up weeder and did a quick yard clean up near me. I also looked for someone local to handle the heavier work. I laid down some cardboard and mulch over the really bad areas. It's simple, low-maintenance, and will be easy for her to maintain later. This might be a good solution for your neighbors as well!

one tip for a quick fix on weeds that have already popped up, a simple spray bottle with a vinegar-based weed killer is an easy solution.
They can spot treat the weeds without having to bend over and pull them. It's a good way to keep on top of the problem between visits
