Welcome to the forum. It is a tough job to pick out a home for your loved one. I went through it in 2018 and 2020. I'd say listen to the people you know who have experience with home care. If you attend a church, speak with the oldest ladies who are there every day. They know.
I hope you can find a good one for your person.
